Each Foundation, guided by a separate Board of Trustees from the community, is an individual tax-exempt organization committed to seeking and encouraging meaningful giving for the worthy programs and services provided by Meridian Health and its affiliates.
The Meridian Health Affiliated Foundations encompass the Foundations for Meridian Health, Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Ocean Medical Center, Riverview Medical Center, Southern Ocean Medical Center, and Bayshore Community Hospital, and fundraising efforts for K. Hovnanian Children's Hospital, Meridian At Home Hospice, and Meridian Partner Companies. Our mission is to support, enhance and expand the services of each hospital and healthcare affiliate, improving the health and wellbeing of the people we serve.
The generosity of the comunities we serve allow the Meridian Health Affiliated Foundations to ensure that everyone who is served by Meridian Health receives the highest level of care. Donor support enables us to raise funds that create and maintain new services and facilities, including advanced medical treatments, technologies, and environments that provide the best medical care in the region. In return, we provide our donors with the information and support they need to make their gift decisions.
