This position with an academic appointment at Robert Wood Johnson University Medical School (RWJMS) and the Cancer Institute of NJ (CINJ), will be the leadership role for all gynecological malignancies in Meridian. Experience as a section or division leader preferred, excellent technical skills in minimally invasive surgery, major resections, combined modality therapy, and a multidisciplinary approach to women's malignancies preferred. The individual chosen will be based at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, lead the Gynecological Oncology Program throughout the health system and coordinate gynecological oncology care among all sites with our current three faculty. Meridian Cancer Care is an integrated system wide cancer program with an active clinical and translational research program. Participation in clinical trials through ACOSOG, RTOG and the CINJOG cooperative group as well as many unique individual, investigator initiated and local institutional trials are available and strongly encouraged.
