Movement Educational Programs

prizesWe hope you will join us for a program in your local community, whether it is to discuss bones and joints over java and juice, with a golf pro, as part of a dance routine, or in conjunction with exercise specialists.

These free events were designed to help you understand what you can do to stay healthy and provide you with ideas about exercise and remedies to maintain an active lifestyle when pain arises. When pain becomes too great in your bones and joints, you should discuss your options with your primary care physician. Your doctor may refer you to physical therapy or a specialist to provide further assessment. You can rest assured, orthopedic surgeons at Meridian perform thousands of knee and hip replacements every year with outstanding results.

Take your first step and join the Meridian Movement by clicking here
or calling 1-800-560-9990 to register for your next educational event. The first 100 who register will automatically be entered into a raffle to win one of three Fitbits or a beach cruiser.
