Physician as Partner Culture

Meridian is an organization that seeks to understand the "voice of the physician" and partner with them to provide an innovative progressive workplace, while taking care of the community we serve. The voice of the physicians is obtained through focus groups, surveys and a specially designed committee whose mission is to reach out and assess the needs of our physicians proactively, and continuously.

Physician Recognition

The physicians at Meridian make countless contributions that impact our community, our country and even our world. In 2010, Meridian hosted its first Physician Appreciation Event and published the inaugural issue of our "Physician Recognition Report" to highlight the many accomplishments of our physician partners. The report includes countless awards, recognitions, and honors received by physicians; academic and research publications and presentation; leadership positions; community outreach both local and worldwide; and years of services. We celebrate the accomplishments of all our physician partners and congratulate them on their many achievements.
