16TH ANNUAL HEALTHCARE PERSPECTIVES LUNCHEON TO BE HELD MAY 4, 2007

Keynote speaker is Michael R. D’Agnes, president and CEO of Raritan Bay Medical Center and Chairman of the Board for the New Jersey Hospital Association

Long Branch, NJ - Meridian Health Affiliated Foundations will host its 2007 Healthcare Perspectives Luncheon on Friday, May 4 at the Ocean Place Resort and Spa in Long Branch. Having established a reputation as New Jersey's premier corporate networking event, this educational forum enables more than 300 regional business leaders to learn more about healthcare issues that have an impact on their companies and communities. Guests will also have the opportunity to learn about Meridian's services and meet with Meridian leadership in areas such as oncology, cardiac care, rehabilitation, occupational health, and Meridian at Home. Proceeds from this event will equally benefit Jersey Shore University Medical Center Foundation, Ocean Medical Center Foundation, and Riverview Medical Center Foundation.

2007 Healthcare Perspectives Luncheon Chair Annette Catino, president and CEO, QualCare, Inc., is a highly regarded healthcare leader and entrepreneur with many years of experience in the industry.
This year's keynote speaker is Michael R. D’Agnes, president and chief executive officer of Raritan Bay Medical Center, a non-profit, acute care medical center and teaching institution with campuses in Perth Amboy and Old Bridge licensed for 501 beds. Mr. D’Agnes has nearly 30 years of executive level healthcare experience. Prior to Raritan Bay Medical Center, he was president and CEO at Bayonne Medical Center, and held a variety of senior financial and administrative positions at Jersey Shore University Medical Center and the Princeton Medical Center.
