RIVERVIEW REHABILITATION CENTER AWARDED THREE-YEAR CARF ACCREDITATION

Inpatient program retains elite status in Monmouth County

Red Bank, NJ - Riverview Rehabilitation Center in Red Bank has once again been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). The Center remains the only inpatient rehab facility that is accredited in Monmouth County.

CARF is an international accrediting commission which represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization. Riverview Rehabilitation Center has received a three-year approval, which marks its 22nd consecutive year as a CARF accredited facility. Organizations voluntarily go through a rigorous peer review process, which includes an on-site survey of its programs and services. The accreditation validates Riverview's commitment to high quality patient care and recovery.

Riverview Rehabilitation Center is a state-of-the-art 30-bed, inpatient acute physical rehabilitation facility conveniently located in Riverview Medical Center. Riverview's interdisciplinary team provides comprehensive physical rehabilitation services for individuals requiring treatment for arthritis, amputation, cardiac rehab, cognitive re-training, multiple trauma, neurological disorders (e.g. Guillian-Barre, post-polio, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's), orthopedic rehab (musculoskeletal, trauma, joint replacement), and stroke.
