OCEAN MEDICAL CENTER RESPONDS TO RAPID OCEAN COUNTY POPULATION GROWTH WITH NEW AREA PHYSICIANS
Brick, NJ - Ocean County is the fasted growing county in New Jersey, resulting in an increased need for family physicians in the area. Ocean Medical Center understands this need and is dedicated to keeping the most advanced care convenient for those that live near by, and is pleased to welcome Scott J. Druckman, D.O. to his new practice now open in Jackson. "Many people are relocating to Ocean County from areas outside of New York City or Philadelphia, and do not have a local physician," says Peter Daniels, FACHE, president of Ocean Medical Center in Brick. "Our community is home to truly exceptional physicians with training and experience from some of the nation's leading medical schools and academic medical centers. We want both long time residents as well as area newcomers to feel comfortable using our physicians without feeling the need to commute back to their home or to the city for exceptional care. We are committed to having the most qualified physicians that offer the most advanced care on staff at Ocean Medical Center and our Meridian Partner Hospitals." Dr. Druckman is a board certified family physician with more than 10 years experience. He is a clinical instructor at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and a member of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. He completed his residency at Kennedy Memorial Hospital, located in Camden and attended UMDNJ-School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford. His new practice, Jackson Family Medicine is located at 130 North County Line Road and is now accepting new patients, where Dr. Druckman brings a focus of providing convenient and compassionate care to the entire family. "I am excited to be welcomed into the Jackson and greater Ocean County community as well as joining the already exceptional medical staff at Ocean Medical Center," says Dr. Druckman. "This community is so diverse, with so much to offer, which is why it is growing so rapidly. I look forward to serving the residents of this community and becoming an active partner in keeping Ocean County healthy."
