RIVERVIEW OFFERS FREE SUMMER HEALTH SCREENINGS

PVD screenings part of line up to identify health risks

Red Bank, NJ - Heart disease and stroke are two of the top three causes of death in the United States. Amazingly, a simple screening can tell you if you are at risk for these diseases, so you can make the necessary changes to improve your health.

The dedicated professionals at Riverview Medical Center are offering a series of free health screenings this summer. All screenings will take place in the Blaisdell Lobby at Riverview Medical Center. Reservations are required. For more information and to reserve a time, call 1-800-560-9990.

Screenings for blood pressure, cholesterol, body fat and bone density will be offered on Saturday, July 21 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and on Wednesday, July 25 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Screenings for blood pressure, cholesterol, body fat and PVD (peripheral vascular disease) will be offered on Saturday, August 11 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Wednesday, August 15 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
