Message to Wise & Well Members

2007 has barely begun and it is already an exciting time for Meridian Health. This January we celebrated our 10th anniversary as a fully integrated health care system, and we can now report another big achievement.

Meridian At Home has been recognized by the industry publication Home Health Line as one of the top home health care agencies in the United States in quality care and quality improvement. In fact, Meridian At Home was the only agency in New Jersey to be selected in the top 100 listing published under the name "Home Care Elite."

This outstanding achievement is a testament to the dedication and commitment of our team members who ensure the highest quality care for our patients, whether they are at one of our four hospitals, living in our assisted living or nursing home facilities, or being cared for at home.

At a time when health care needs are getting more and more complex, Meridian At Home offers a complete range of home health and personal care solutions including: visiting nursing; physical, speech, and occupational rehabilitation; live-in and companionship care; hospice; medical equipment and oxygen delivery; home intravenous medication therapy; and home monitoring and medication compliance technologies.

Meridian At Home provides residents of central New Jersey with a single, trusted resource for health care needs, whatever they may be. You can learn more about Meridian At Home by visiting www.meridianathome.com or calling 1-800-655-2555.

Best of Health,
