Group Fitness Classes
Our group fitness classes are just the thing to get you moving and back in shape. We offer a variety of options from spinning and step through kick-boxing and Pilates.

Class Descriptions:
Back Attack: Do you have a history of back problems or chronic back strain? Would you like to improve your posture and trunk strength? Then this class is for you. All members are welcome. Class duration is 45 minutes.
Cardio Sculpt: A unique workout that combines cardiovascular training with intervals of body sculpting. Aerobic intervals may include utilization of the step. Various resistive equipment is used for a fat burning total body workout.
EveryBody Sculpting: A body sculpting class that concentrates on muscle definition from head to toe, using various resistive equipment. All levels of fitness are welcome. Modifications are provided so Every Body can see results.
Gentle Fitness: 60 minutes of fun designed for the mature adult. Class includes stretching, very low impact aerobics or chair aerobics, and sculpting designed for the functional exerciser.
Gentle Yoga: A gentler yoga for beginners, seniors, or anyone who wants a modified yoga class.
Hi-Lo & Abs: Aerobics at its best! Bring it up to high impact or take it down to low — the intensity is your choice. Easy and fun choreography will keep you moving. Class concludes with abdominal stretching.
Hi-Lo Pump & Step: Now you have the best of both worlds — a combination of high/low impact aerobics, step aerobics, and strength training. Real fat burning fun!
Interval Step: A unique workout that combines cardiovascular training on a step with intervals of body sculpting. Various resistive equipment used for a fat burning total body workout.
Kick It Up: A knock-out workout combining basic boxing/martial arts moves (without contact) in an aerobic setting. Easy movement patterns for all levels.
M.O.A.C. (the Mother of All Classes): This class has it all. Bursts of cardio conditioning with simplified, repetitive moves, and intervals of strength training/core stabilization, utilizing the bosu and physioball, weights, bands, body bars, and jump ropes.
Pilates: A modern approach to body conditioning. A sequential exercise program designed to focus on breathing management, core stabilization, tension release, and body symmetry.
Precision Training: A body conditioning class that promotes a long, leaner body through principles borrowed from Pilates, Tai Chi, and Yoga. Functional training will focus on core stabilization and balance designed for all fitness levels. The class concludes with a relaxation and stretching finale guaranteed to relieve stress and improve flexibility.
Pump It Up: A body sculpting class that concentrates on muscle definition from head to toe, using various resistive equipment. Modifications are provided so anyone can see results.
Spinning: A group cycling class to music that allows you to perform an independent workout. Your spinning coach will send you through an all terrain visualization of hills, sprints, and flats. A real mental and physical boost! Class duration 45-60 minutes.
Step: This is a dynamic high intensity/low impact class performed on a step. Fun, choreographed routines aid in shaping the lower body while burning maximum fat.
Step It Up: A fun and easy class to follow with lots of intensity. Plyometric movements performed on an adjustable step allows for ultimate conditioning.
Step It Up & Pump: Step it up class mixed together with body sculpting.
Walk & Tone: Ready to walk your way to better fitness? A great way to start the day — a walk on the boardwalk and some toning too! (Weather permitting — seasonal)
Yoga: The recipe for a peaceful state of mind and body. This class reduces stress, and promotes neuromuscular relaxation and flexibility. Proper breathing techniques or "pranayama" will allow for improved poses or "asanas". The ultimate way to tie together body, mind, and soul.
