Obesity
Life's Plus Fitness
Life's Plus Fitness is a two step program designed to help you achieve healthy weight loss and lower your risks for cardiovascular disease and Type II Diabetes. Step one is optional and consists of physician referred physical therapy that will ready you for participation in Step Two. Step two consists of twice weekly private group exercise classes, led by certified and trained exercise specialists. You can expect to see improvements in endurance, strength and flexibility. Combination packages of Lose for Life, Meridian's weight loss/management program, and Life's Plus Fitness are also available. This option features a multifaceted weight reduction program that includes diet, exercise and behavior modification techniques.

Better Bones for Life
The Better Bones for Life Program is a two step program designed to help you achieve improvements in bone mass and density. Step one is optional and consists of physician referred physical therapy that will ready you for participation in step two. Step two consists of a complete exercise program in a class setting that provides improvements in strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular conditioning. Education on posture, body mechanics and nutrition will be provided, as well.
Fibromyalgia/Chronic Pain
FCP LIFE Enhancement
The FCP Life Enhancement Program is a two step program designed to help you achieve improved daily functioning. Step one is optional and consists of physician referred physical therapy that will ready you for step two. Step two consists of a complete and gentle exercise program in a class setting that provides for improvements in flexibility, strength and cardiovascular conditioning. Education on pain management, gentle yoga, Tai Chi and relaxation techniques are provided as well. The FCP Life Enhancement Program meets twice weekly: one day is dedicated to a land-based program and the second day is dedicated to an aquatic exercise program. Locations vary.
Parkinson's Disease
Parkinsons Life Enrichment
The Parkinson's Life Enrichment program is a two step program designed to improve your quality of life if you have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. Step one is optional and consists of physician referred physical therapy designed to ready you for step two. Step two is a fitness program that is overseen by a certified exercise specialist. The exercise program includes:
- Gait/walking program
- Gentle strength training
- Flexibility/stretching
- Cardiovascular aerobic activities
- Postural training
- Balance and coordination training
- Education on safety and transfers
Sports Conditioning
In the Game
In the Game is a two step program that provides specialized rehabilitative options to treat sports related injuries: transitioning to a continual injury prevention program that will optimize performance and guarantee results. Step one is optional and consists of a specially designed course of physical therapy that prepares you for step two. Step two is an eight week program that provides a comprehensive sport-specific conditioning program that will help you to achieve excellence and minimize your risk of injury as you return to your game.
