Semi-Private Training
Semi-private training is a cost effective way to reap the benefits of personal training. Designed for groups of two to four people, semi-private training is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Personal attention, motivation, and new challenges are only some of the advantages of semi-private training. You can form your own group, or let us match you with others that have compatible fitness levels and goals.
