Physical Therapy

Meridian's team of licensed physical therapists provides individualized, skilled care to all age groups. Our goal is to restore your movement and function, relieve pain, and prevent further injury, so that you can lead an active and independent life. Whether you are recovering from orthopedic surgery, a work injury, a neurological or other medical condition, we provide the latest evidenced-based treatments to help you return to good health as quickly as possible. Our physical therapists will design a personalized course of action to help you reach your goals while keeping your physician informed along the way.

  • Fibromyalgia/Chronic Pain-FCP Life Enhancement
    This Physical Therapy program is the optional first step for you if your pain has begun to interfere with your daily life activities. You will work with a Physical Therapist to reduce pain and increase range of motion, flexibility and strength in order to prepare for participation in group exercise classes. Physician referral is required for participation.


  • MotionXcellence Rehabilitation
    Whether you are recovering from an injury, or have a prosthetic limb in need of adjustment, our state-of-the-art technology and expertise in biomechanics is just what the doctor ordered! MotionXcellence Rehabilitation features in-depth analysis to improve your gait, posture, and other elements of your biomechanics, utilizing the latest computerized 3D motion capture technology, breaking your movements down into 120 slices per second (four times the resolution of other cameras). This allows us to accurately track each movement and most subtle detail. The images are crystal clear, full-frame, and of the highest quality, making it easy for our experts to identify problems and suggest meaningful change.   • Obesity-Life's Plus
    This physical therapy program is the optional first step for you if your weight has begun to interfere with your daily life activities. Mutual goals are established to enable you to improve your overall endurance and strength. In addition, the risk of weight related disorders such as diabetes or joint degeneration may be decreased. This four week program allows you to work one-on-one with a physical therapist in preparation for small group exercise classes. Physician referral is required for participation.


  • Osteoporosis-Better Bones for Life
    This physical therapy program is the optional first step for you if you have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and are having difficulty performing every day activities. This four week program is designed to begin building and maintaining bone mass and ready you for group exercise classes. Physician referral is required for participation.


  • Parkinson's Life Enrichment Program
    This physical therapy program is the optional first step for you if you have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. This four week program is designed to ready you for continuing participation in group exercise classes. Physician referral is required for participation.
