All of our team members specialize in gerontology, but they're not hired based on credentials alone. We have a rigorous screening process that evaluates their proficiency as a compassionate caregiver. Then once they're hired, we emphasize continuing education. Many of our team members also happen to live in our local communities, giving them more of a connection to our residents.
