Shore Rehabilitation Institute
A joint partnership between Meridian Health and JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute, Shore Rehabilitation Institute (SRI) is a 40-bed, acute rehabilitation facility located in the East Wing of Ocean Medical Center whose mission is to provide care that restores and returns physically disabled adults to a quality life.
Adults who have been disabled by disease or injury are treated in our spacious facility on either an inpatient or outpatient basis. Those who require inpatient stays find a caring, comfortable atmosphere, staffed by a well-trained professional nursing and therapy staff. Outpatients participate in dynamic, "hands on" programs designed to meet their individual needs. Both our inpatient and outpatient programs prepare patients for independent living.
SRI offers an experienced, energetic team of professionals determined to help patients achieve their highest level of function. This multi-disciplinary team provides a full continuum of rehabilitative care while individualizing treatment plans based on each patient's unique needs.
All patients enjoy the benefits of our programs within well-designed treatment areas and a beautiful expansive gym.
