Meridian Health and Middletown Township Public Library To Host Stress and Anxiety Presentation on September 30

Discussion to provide educational information on how to better cope with stressful situations in daily life

Dealing with one particularly stressful situation can be tough enough, but when the stresses of daily life become overwhelming, it may be a good idea to learn more about specific coping mechanisms. Join Meridian Behavioral Health in conjunction with the Middletown Township Public Library for, Stress/Anxiety: How Can I Cope? on Wednesday, September 30, at 7:00 p.m. This presentation will be held at the library, which is located at 55 New Monmouth Road, Middletown.

Dr. Joseph Miller, Meridian Behavioral Health Director, will provide a general overview of stress and anxiety explaining what each are and why people can tend to feel overwhelmed at times. He will also explain what can be done to better manage these feelings.

Meridian Behavioral Health Services provides comprehensive mental health and substance abuse services to the residents of Monmouth and Ocean Counties in both an inpatient and outpatient settings.
