Ocean Medical Center Doctor Recognized For Physician Partner Excellence
Institute for Nursing Honors Dr. James ClarkeJames Clarke, M.D. a family practitioner at Ocean Medical Center, received the APPLE Awards - Acknowledging Physician Partners: A Liaison for Excellence - from the Institute for Nursing, which is a charitable affiliate of the New Jersey State Nurses Association. Dr. Clarke was recognized as a physician who values the contribution of professional nurses, and is a role model for patient advocacy.
Doctors selected for the APPLE Awards are seen as partners who view the physician-nurse relationship as one of respect, collaboration, and mutual support. They are saluted for their shared commitment to quality health care and dedication to patients and their families.
Dr. Clarke is currently the president of the medical staff at Ocean Medical Center. A resident of Manasquan, he maintains offices in his hometown and Brick, and has been serving the community for over 20 years.
