Legendary groups scheduled to perform with 100% of funds raised going to Ocean Medical Center's Prostate Cancer FundDoo Wop is back and better than ever! The Historic Strand Theater of Lakewood is proud to present a Doo Wop Rock-n-Roll Spectacular-- an evening that is sure to take you back in time.
Join host, Carl Thomas and his Bobby Darin Revue on Saturday, September 11, at 7:00 p.m. (doors open at 6:00 p.m.) for a night of fun-filled entertainment featuring music from The Manhattan Skyline (Cara Mia), The Dubbs (Could Be Magic), and Vito and the Salutations (Gloria).
All proceeds raised at the show will benefit Ocean Medical Center's Prostate Cancer Fund. According to the American Cancer Society, approximately 200,000 new cases of prostate cancer will be diagnosed in 2010. More than $45,000 has been raised for the fund which benefits prostate cancer care at Ocean Medical Center.
Tickets for this unforgettable evening are $35.00 for Mezzanine seating, $50.00 for Premium seating, and $75.00 for Premium seating and a private gourmet cocktail party with the performers prior to the show.
