Southern Ocean Medical Center Foundation to Hold Family Fun Day at Calloway'sThe Southern Ocean Medical Center Foundation is partnering with a local business for an evening of family fun that will benefit the hospital. Family Fun Day will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.at Calloway's Restaurant and Bar at 597 Route 9 South in Staffordville, NJ.
Special day passes can be purchased in advance for this event at a discounted price. Day pass certificates for Family Fun Day cost $14 per person and are valid for wristbands for family fun for the entire day for children's activities and rides.
Additionally, Calloway's Restaurant and Bar will donate 20 percent of all food purchases made with a coupon on the day of the event. Members of the Meridian Health "Pawsitive Action Team" will be present from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. to teach children about good health and exercise.
Proceeds will benefit pediatric services at Southern Ocean Medical Center in Manahawkin, NJ.
