Shore Rehabilitation Institute Selected Among Best Places to Work in New JerseyShore Rehabilitation Institute, an acute rehabilitation hospital located adjacent to Ocean Medical Center, has been named among the Best Places to Work in New Jersey by NJ Biz. The Best Places to Work in New Jersey program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in New Jersey who show a dedication to their employee's growth and quality of life.

To qualify, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
- Have at least 15 employees in New Jersey;
- Be a for-profit, not-for-profit or government entity;
- Be a publicly or privately held business;
- Have a facility in New Jersey;
Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. Part one consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. This phase was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. Part two consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This phase was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
The award program, created in 2005, is produced by NJBIZ. NJBIZ, program sponsors and partners will honor this year's 100 Best Places to Work and announce their ranking during an awards dinner and ceremony on May 1, 2014 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in New Brunswick.
