Hackensack University Health Network and Meridian Health Announce Board Members
Meridian Health and Hackensack University Health Network announced today that they have selected the members of the board of trustees for the pending Hackensack Meridian Health merger. Hackensack University Health Network and Meridian Health both selected 12 members from their current boards of trustees for a total of 24 board members for the new Hackensack Meridian Health Network board.

The Hackensack Meridian Health Network merger is currently with the state attorney general’s office for approval. Once that approval is received, the merger is expected to close shortly thereafter.
