What are the types of gallbladder removal?

What happens during the procedure?

This procedure is performed using general anesthesia. Your surgeon will make four small incisions in the abdomen. A tube with a video camera is inserted into the abdomen through these incisions.

Patients can expect to be in the hospital for 2- 3 days. Patients can expect to go home once able to eat and drink without pain and are able to walk on their own.
