Nicole Cerillo is a Registered Dietician and Licensed Registered Dietician Nutritionist. She has an undergraduate degree in Nutrition Science from East Carolina University where she has conducted several undergraduate research studies on physician awareness of Celiac disease and policies and procedures of a gluten free diet. Nikki completed her dietetic internship which focused on clinical rotations specific to Integrative and Functional Medicine and attained her Certificate of Training in Child Adolescent Weight Management at Lenoir-Rhyne University.
She continued her graduate education at Rutgers University studying Complementary and Alternative Medicine. She is a Certified Natural Health Professional in the state of New Jersey and a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in New Jersey and Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine. Nikki is also a member of the Nutrition Entrepreneurs, Vegetarian Nutrition, and Food and Culinary Professionals Dietetic Practice Groups (DPG).
Nicole formerly practiced integrative Medicine at Barnabas Health where she specialized in working with patients who have autoimmune diseases, food sensitivities and intolerances, and various digestive diseases and disorders. She also served as the Clinical Manager for the Kogan Celiac Center located throughout the state of New Jersey. Nicole now combines her clinical nutrition background with her passion for helping individuals find their body’s natural balance through healing foods and optimal nutrition as the Integrative Dietitian at Meridian Integrative Health & Medicine.
