Grocery Tour: Shop with a Doc

This workshop exists to incorporate healthy meal planning and grocery shopping for a healthy diet. Attendees will have hands on application and visual demonstrations of foods to incorporate into their diet while walking through aisles of grocery stores. This course is designed for anyone who would like to learn more about food labels, specific healthy foods, and how to grocery shop for a healthy lifestyle. This course costs $20 per class.

We all feel a little sluggish in the afternoon – it’s our body’s natural sleep cycle telling us to take a rest.
