The impact of a difficult diagnosis or extensive treatment on a child and the child’s family can be overwhelming. For that reason, Meridian Pediatric Network offers rehabilitation, support groups, and physical and speech therapy to help continue the healing both mentally and physically.

Therapy & Rehabilitation: Our pediatric rehabilitation specialists work with families to address the specific needs of the children they see. Our specialized team consists of audiologists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists who evaluate, treat, and assist children of all ages with a variety of neurological, orthopedic, and developmental needs.

Child Life Program: A hospital stay can be an intimidating experience for children, teens, and their families. Our Child Life team creates a fun and positive environment that supports families, helps to alleviate the stress associated with illness, and ultimately allows kids to be kids.

Support Groups:  Numerous support groups at each of our hospitals are available for our pediatric patients and their families who are coping with the stress of a particular injury or illness.  We are home to a diabetes program that has been recognized by the American Diabetes Association for excellence in self-management education.

Recovery at Home: When skilled nursing or personal care is required for your child at home, Meridian At Home offers a depth of services bring comfort and peace of mind to children and their families.
