Our residents and their loved ones inspire us and drive our commitment to pursuing the highest quality of life for every resident of our community. Below are testimonials from family members of our residents sharing their gratitude for the care their loved ones received at Meridian Willows.
“If any of you have or had elderly parents you understand the turmoil of making this decision for your parents; especially when you never made any decisions for your parents in the past. We went to 3 assisted living facilities in one day and we were drawn to the Willows for their kindness and caring ways towards us and for our parents from the start.
With all of our concerns about our parents adjusting to the change that we needed to do for their safety and quality of life we were blessed to have such caring staff members from the Willows guiding us in every step of the way. The staff made us all feel like family and gave us sense of security from the beginning.
We thank all of the staff members and feel complete gratitude for their kindness, compassion, and caring and loving ways about them.”

“My dad has been at the Willows for about 2 years - he was very apprehensive the first few days – but the staff was so wonderful – everyone knew his name within the first 2 days. He has a wonderful studio apartment that includes all the necessities he needs.
The activities are what he enjoys the most- bingo, poker, and blackjack. The Willows also has a variety of entertainers that come in and play music and sing with the residents. The bus trips to local stores or sightseeing are also available. My dad just started going on these trips and he loves it. The dining room is beautiful; the staff knows what each resident likes and dislikes.
The staff is unbelievable - helpful, friendly and courteous. Anything you need they are there to help. They go above and beyond to help the residents and their family. I cannot say enough or praise them enough for the care and attention they give my dad.
Anyone thinking about placing a family member there will not be disappointed. I know that was the best thing I could have done for my dad and myself.”
