Meyner Reception Center at PNC Arts Center in Holmdel. Here from Joan's celebrity guests Joy Bauer, MS, RD, nutrition expert on the TODAY show, Steve Adubato, PhD, author, motivational speaker and anchor of three PBS broadcasts and Jeanette Jenkins, founder and president of the Hollywood Trainer as they discuss the latest news in fitness and nutrition.
